Orders in Hong Kong will be paid by the buyer directly to the delivery man at delivery.
Orders from other countries will be calculated based on actual weight and shipping charges charged by the courier company.
We accept PayPal and major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa) via PayPal.
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 3-7 working days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
Please let us know by email at [email protected], we would wish to know the order number of yours and also the discount code / offer that you are after. We will be more than happy to evaluate what you have and honour the offer if it is deemed applicable. We apologise, but we are unable to apply the adjustments retrospectively 2 days after date of order, or the promotion expiration date, whichever comes earlier.
